Dr. Elsie Gyang Ross, MD, MSc, FAHA is an Associate Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), where she also serves as Medical Director for Vascular Clinical Services and Surgical Informatics. She earned her medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine, where she also completed her vascular surgery residency and a postdoctoral fellowship in biomedical informatics. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics. Her vascular practice focuses on PAD, advanced CLTI, venous disease and dialysis access.
