    Dr Lorenzo Patrone is a Vascular Interventional Radiology Consultant, based in Florence (Italy).
    After having finished his training in Interventional Radiology and having worked for one year in his home town in Genoa (Italy), in January 2016 he moved to the United Kingdom as Vascular and Interventional Radiology Consultant, to be part of a newly created and innovative Department where Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology have been merged under the name of West London Vascular and Interventional Centre. After almost 9 years abroad, since 2024 he moved back to Italy, to San Giovanni di Dio Hospital (Florence) where he started a training in Vascular Surgery, still being able to continue his arterial peripheral practice.
    His main focus and true passion are lower limb recanalisation and diabetic foot management. He has published and presented widely on his innovative mini-invasive techniques, being involved in collaborative research, trials and endovascular training.
    He has been the recipient of the VIVA VCA award in 2023.
    He is course director of Find Your Algorithm (fya-congress.com), an innovative and interactive vascular symposium which happens annually in London since 2021.
