Jill Sommerset is a vascular technologist with over 25 years of experience specializing in advanced non-invasive imaging and limb preservation. She is the developer of Pedal Acceleration Time (PAT), a technique used to assess distal limb perfusion in patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). Jill is actively engaged in collaborative research and has co-authored multiple publications focused on improving diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams across the U.S. and internationally to refine vascular ultrasound protocols and education. A frequent speaker and dedicated educator, Jill is committed to sharing knowledge and advancing the field through teamwork, innovation, and evidence-based practice.
