Dr. Henkin is a Consultant in Division of Vascular Cardiology at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) and is Associate Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Dr. Henkin is the Medical Director of the Aortic Center and the Director of Aorta Clinic. Dr. Henkin trained at the Mayo Clinic for Internal Medicine residency and Vascular Medicine fellowship; and at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for cardiovascular fellowship. He joined Mayo Clinic in July 2023. Dr. Henkin's clinical focus is on post-pulmonary embolism syndrome and aortic diseases. Dr. Henkin's research focus is on acute and chronic management of patients with pulmonary embolism; and cardiovascular outcomes in patients with peripheral vascular disease.
