Vascular Medicine
Dr. Cameron is a physician–scientist whose research is funded by the NIH and private foundations to advance understanding of vascular diseases. He completed his medical residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell, a chemical pathology fellowship at Johns Hopkins and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Rochester. His scientific training includes advanced work in pharmacology at the University of Edinburgh and the University of Rochester. He is board certified in internal medicine, vascular medicine, and cardiology. Dr. Caameron serves as an Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University and Section Head of Vascular Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he also leads the Internal Medicine Residency ABIM Research Pathway. He has published extensively in the areas of pulmonary embolism, aortic aneurysm, lymphedema, platelet dysregulation, and thrombosis.
